Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
You can pay by card via Stripe, or by bank transfer if you wish.
How long will delivery take?
Our standard delivery is approximately one week. If you wish to have your parcel more quickly, contact us and we will arrange for you to pay a surcharge.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
We use secure socket technology (https) to protect your personal data. We don't receive your credit card details as all transactions happen on the PayPal site.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once we have received your order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it. We will then get it ready for despatch and send it out, by the shipping method chosen.
Can I return my order?
If the item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 2 weeks. However you will be responsible for paying the postage. Please do not sign for items that are obviously damaged when they are delivered. If in doubt open the package before signing. If you reject a package due to damage let us know and we will send you a refund.
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
For items over €80 delivery is free within mainland France and costs €10 to the rest of the EU and €13 to the UK.
For items between €20 and €80 we charge €7 in mainland France, €13 to the rest of the EU and €16 to the UK.
For items up to €20 we charge €5 in mainland France, €13 to the rest of the EU and €16 to the UK.
